    • Provides an authentic and traditional look to any space.
    • Can be sanded and refinished multiple times, allowing for long-term use.
    • Prone to expansion and contraction with changes in humidity, not recommended for areas with high moisture levels, like basements.
    • Installed using nail or staple-down methods.
  • Engineered Hardwood Flooring

    • Consists of multiple layers of wood veneer pressed together, with a top layer of real hardwood.
    • Offers enhanced stability and resistance to moisture compared to solid hardwood.
    • Suitable for various installation methods, including glue-down, staple-down, or floating installations.
    • Can be installed on all levels of the home, including below-grade areas.
    • Can typically be sanded and refinished, depending on the thickness of the top hardwood layer.
  • Prefinished Hardwood Flooring

    • Hardwood planks that have been factory-finished with stain and protective coatings.

    • Offers consistent color and finish throughout the flooring.
    • Reduces the inconvenience and odor associated with on-site finishing.
  • Unfinished Hardwood Flooring

    • Raw hardwood planks that require on-site sanding, staining, and finishing after installation.
    • Provides more customization options for the final appearance, as the color and finish can be tailored to the homeowner's preference.
    • Usually, takes longer to install compared to prefinished hardwood due to the finishing process.
  • Pine Wood Flooring
